This article reminds me of certain professors from college that devoted their careers to issues pertaining to global warming. Research papers that discussed how CO2 is affecting plankton or increased UV light degrades viable proteins in sea urchins. I always would ask myself of the importance of these issues and who would really care? Were they out to make a change or merely prolong the ringing of the global alarmist bell? If you think about it, why would they raise dissent against global warming when this means no money; whereas when they support global warming the money flows directly to fund their research. It's a plausible choice, even if the science may be bogus.
